P90X 30 Day Update

Hard to believe I am 30 days into P90x. My daily routine including workouts and diet are just routine now. Every day I wake up for my morning workout knowing I will be working extremely hard. However, I know I am getting stronger and healthier. This knowledge is what keeps me going. So, here are how my measurements are looking:


Everything from a numbers standpoint improved. I have dropped over 5 pounds and I know my body has gotten stronger. The sure way to tell if there is improvements is with photos. Here are some of my photos:



I am happy with my progress and the fact that I have worked hard for 30 straight days. Looking forward to day 90 now. Looking back at how fast 30 days has gone by, I know day 90 will be here in no time.
