P90X – Day 30 – Plyometrics

Plyo was a real burner today. This is the type of routine that can sneak up on you. It has been over 2 weeks since I did Plyometrics last, and I forgot how hard it is. I decided to wear my weighted gloves for the routine, not remembering it has been a while since I have gone through the workout. Well, I can tell I was sweating and breathing hard the whole time. My heart rate only went below 160 one tme! A few jumping jacks got it right back up.
I really enjoy the jump training routines, even if I did get nauseous a few times, but that is a good thing
. I did note my Rock Star Hops need work as well as Jump Knee Tucks. One of my additional weekly exercises is playing basketball. Hopefully this additional exercise will help my endurance just like Plyo will hopefully help my basketball game.
