FitDay.com – Great Diet Tool

If you are looking for a quick and easy way to maintain and monitor your diet, you need to check out FitDay.com. This site allows you to enter the food you eat each day and calculates the total nutritional intake for that day. The default inventory has a lot of the foods I already eat. One cool feature is you can manually add items if you cannot find it in the default inventory.  I could not find the exact match for my Whey drink, so I created it and added in. Once it has been added to your inventory, you can re-use it for the next day’s entry.

Another convenient feature is the easy to read pie chart that breaks down the foods in your diet between Fat, carbs, and protein. For round 1 of the P90X diet, my goal is a breakdown of 20/30/50. As you can see, I have a little tweaking to do.
