Protein Shake – Recovery Drink

I followed the recipe in the  P90X nutrition plan for this shake, and was very happy with the taste.

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1 cup of blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of chopped ice

This did create about 30 ounces of shake, but I was happy to drink it because of the great taste while working on my easy omelet.
