The heart rate monitor worked great. I stayed around 160, which I was pretty happy with. According to a little research, my goal is to keep my heart rate over 160. Luckily my heart rate monitor has an alarm for high and low marks.</p>
<p>For a majority of the routines I did the modified versions. Going back to my week 1 goals, I do not want to push it to hard right now. I want to make sure I master each technique and learn what the correct version looks like for weeks 2 and on.</p>
