			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My week 1 goal is take make it through all the P90X workouts at a good pace. Not trying to kill myself or get maximum reps. I am going to take Tony’s advice and “Do my rest and forget the rest” for week 1. For weeks 2 and on, I am going to bring it!</p>
<p>I am trying out a lot of new things for my P90X routine. I want to ensure my diet, supplements and overall routine is going to work for me and help reach my overall goals. My biggest concern going in is waking up early to do the workouts. Hopefully going to bed earlier each night will help with this.</p>
<p>One last note, if you looking for some great motivation for P90X, be sure to check out the Youtube video logs out there or check out my Links section. During my research phase of preparation I found a lot of really good resources. I want to share these for anyone else looking to get started who have questions.</p>
